Juicy Chicken
Juicy Chicken: Use desired amount of chicken, bone in, skin removed. (We love thighs and use about 10) Olive oil Pam spray a 9×13 pan. Place chicken in pan and pour 1 bottle (16 oz) Wishbone fat free Italian salad dressing on top. Salt with LAWRY’S garlic salt. Broil in oven on high until quite browned then turn chicken over, re – salt and broil until done. Juicy chicken can be stored and frozen for a busy night!
Broccoli: Cut broccoli or purchase in from produce already cut up. Wash and steam. ( I use a Pampered Chef steamer that I love and steam broccoli in microwave) Sprinkle with GOYA SALAD AND VEGETABLE seasoning.
Rice: Use your rice cooker to prepare MAHATMA JASMINE RICE. Don’t forget to salt the water. The rice is so good with the juice from the chicken on top. We LOVE rice!
