Tortilla Pie

Tortilla Pie:  8 – 8 inch flour tortillas, 1 -15 oz. can black beans, drained or some shredded chicken,  1- 15 oz or smaller sweet, yellow corn drained, 1 cup chunky salsa, 2 containers guacamole (8 oz or more total), 8 oz. package shredded mexican cheese blend, sour cream for side

Lightly grease 9 inch round cake pan and place one tortilla in pan, mix corn and beans( or shredded chicken and corn) and add about 1/2 on top of tortilla, place another tortilla on top and add 1/2 cup of salsa to that, place another tortilla on top and add 1/2 the guacamole to that (spread), place another tortilla on top, sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese, top with another tortilla and repeat layers.  When you get to last layer do not add cheese, just leave the last tortilla bare.  Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Uncover and add last of the cheese to the top.  Keep uncovered and bake about 5 more minutes, until melted.  Cut like a pie and serve with sour cream on side.  Cuts better if cools a bit
