Smashed Potatoes
Smashed potatoes: Red “new” potatoes, butter, salt. Boil potatoes with skin on. When soft drain and then “smash” in a bowl (not a smooth mash but leave a bit chunky) with small amount (or more if you want to go for it!) butter and salt. (everyone puts pepper, except for our family…the kids don’t like pepper!)
