Monday: Juicy Chicken, broccoli, rice and salad
Tuesday: Tortilla Pie, mexican rice, corn and salad
Wednesday: Pot roast with carrots and potatoes, pole beans and salad (CROCK POT)
Thursday: Linguini and clams, salad
Friday: Pork cutlets, asparagus, smashed potatoes and salad
Saturday: Open (leftovers)
Sunday: Picadillo, rice, peas , sweet pantains and salad
August 24-30 Menu
Monday: BBQ chicken, baked beans, corn souffle and salad
Tuesday: Flank steak, baked potato, asparagus and salad
Wednesday: Pork tenderloin, roasted vegetables, rice and salad (Please marinate by Tuesday)
Thursday: Tortellini and broccoli, salad
Friday: Chicken Cacciatore, yellow rice, peas and salad (chicken has a crock pot version, too)
Saturday: Open (leftovers!)
Sunday: Pasta with meat sauce and salad
