MenuMaker Tips
There are so many tips that help me and I think will help you, too.
- Use your salad spinner at least 30 minutes before dinner and put spinned salad in fridge! (night before OK, too)I prefer hearts of Romaine. Wash, spin and store in spinner in fridge.
- Use Press ‘n Seal and/or freezer baggies, plastic containers to freeze ANYTHING (OK, no potatoes) that you have leftover. Trust me, label it and it will come in handy for one family member or an extra dinner for all!
- Have a store that carries Pecorino Romano cheese grate some fresh for you. Keep it in container in fridge. I use it a lot!
- Keep Olive oil and Canola oil spray on hand. I use them all day!
- Store fresh, peeled garlic in plastic container in fridge for easy use.
Most importantly, instill in your children, family or friends, an appreciation for bringing dinner back to the table. A huge thanks to my mother for doing that with me!
